Utility Data Conversion:

• LuminousETS has expertise in Utility Data Conversion of Electric / Gas Facilities, Structures and Devices to CAD format along with the Spatial Database using the Source Images provided by the Client.
• In case of telecom utilities LuminousETS has expertise to understand and use source images like PLRs, Conduit Maps, UG Maps etc in data conversion.
• LuminousETS also boasts an in-house Software Development Division to support the need of the required software tools for the Data Conversion with efficient manner.

Data Model Creation:

• After creating the utility data in CAD/Microstation environment LuminousETS can develop data model for Electric / Gas Distribution Network in ESRI ArcMap or any other GIS Product that can be implemented and compatible with the Enterprise GIS Solution.

Land base Data Conversion:

• Conversion of Land Base data as per the requirement of the Client.
• Development of required tools to build relationship between LOT network and the related Address Location Points for validation across the Customer Information System Tables (CIS Tables).
• Creation of centerline intersections points, topology, etc for GIS related analysis.

Utility Data Migration or Translation:

• Data migration or translation along with the data cleanup of the utility data from CAD to GIS products like ESRI ArcMap.

Utility Data Maintenance or Updating:

• Updating and maintenance of the existing Geo Databases with the Backlog-Work Order Posting Services to make the Geo Databases reflect the real time modifications in the field
• Upgrading existing Geo Databases from lower versions to higher versions of the required GIS Products.
